Maxem is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Ulises Valdez’s historic Calera clone. It features vibrant aromas of pomegranate, wild berries, citrus, and Earl Grey tea, with a palate of red berries, wet stone, and dried flowers. Cool-climate acidity and a luscious texture create a long, elegant finish. Aged in 60% new French oak, this 100% Pinot Noir (only 250 bottles) balances seduction and sophistication from exceptional fruit and terroir.
