2010 Chateau Montelena Calistoga Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L)

Chateau Montelena, founded in 1882, is one of Napa Valley’s oldest estates. Revived in 1969 by Jim Barrett, it gained global fame when its 1973 Chardonnay won the 1976 Paris Tasting. Still owned by the Barrett family, with Bo Barrett as winemaker, the winery produces acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Riesling from its 125-acre estate, yielding about 40,000 cases annually.
