1993 Domaine Ramonet Les Ruchottes

Domaine Ramonet is a top Burgundy producer, known for highly collectible Chardonnays from Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Founded in the 1930s by Pierre Ramonet, the estate now owns over 15 hectares, including grand cru holdings in Le Montrachet, Bâtard-Montrachet, Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, and Chevalier-Montrachet. Ramonet follows a low-yield, old-vine philosophy, using only vines over 18 years for top cuvées. Wines age on lees with minimal battonage and in 33% new oak. The domaine also produces Pinot Noir, with premier cru and village-level holdings in Chassagne.
