The Pommard Cuvée Suzanne Chaudron, expertly vinified by the Hospices de Beaune, is sold annually at their November auction. Annually acquires by Albert Bichot, it is expertly aged and blended, enhancing its complexity through careful barrel selection. Mainly sourced from southeast-facing Noizons and Petits Noizons, it offers volume and finesse. Chanière adds graphite and freshness, while Croix Planet brings structure. Certified organic since 2024, it’s aged by Bichot with a sustainable, eco-conscious approach. A balanced Pommard that can be enjoyed sooner than the estate’s other cuvées.
