2019 Bruno Desaunay-Bissey Grands-Echezeaux Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes

Bruno Desaunay-Bissey manages a 14.4-acre family domaine in Flagey-Echezeaux, including prized old vine plots in Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux. Since 1975, the domaine has produced high-quality, terroir-driven wines using organic practices, indigenous yeasts, minimal extraction, and aging in partly new barrels.

The wines are unfined, unfiltered, and lightly racked. Bruno also farms additional old vine parcels in Vosne, Chambolle, and Nuits St. Georges with his father-in-law.
