2003 Chateau Pontet Canet

"Deep, dark, opaque ruby-red. The nose shows dark-fruit & raspberries along with high-toned violet and milky aromas. The palate shows some cassis fruit. Good acidity lifts the flavors leaving the wine pleasantly balanced. The finish is mid-weight but is quite short." - 11/07 DCAMW
