"White composed of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, grown in vineyards located in Barbaresco and Serralunga d'Alba, in the Langhe, aged for 6 months in oak barrels. Still young, you need patience in the glass or bottle for it to show all its layers of aromas and flavors. More on the palate than on the nose, it impresses with the quality and sharpness of its fresh white and stone fruits, followed by floral, herbal, dried fruit and sweet spice notes, which are confirmed on the palate.
