Domaine Rossignol-Trapet, based in Gevrey-Chambertin, crafts Pinot Noir across Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, including grand and premier crus. Founded in 1961 by Jacques Rossignol and Mado Trapet, the estate is now run by their sons Nicolas and David Rossignol. Sitting on mineral-rich, southeast-facing slopes, their vineyards are certified biodynamic and organic. The domaine features grand crus Le Chambertin, Latricieres-Chambertin, Chapelle-Chambertin, and multiple premier crus.
