"These are the oldest vines owned by Pierre-Yves having been planted in 1900. This vineyard is on the eastern extremity of Santenay, abutting Chassagne 1er Cru Morgeot. The soils are a combination of marl and calcaire giving a wine of finesse and depth which while showing well young also have the ability to age well too." - Importer Note
