2021 Jada Vineyard & Winery 'WCS' Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

"In years when our Cabernet Sauvignon displays unusually intense color and complex aromatics, a WCS "version" is often crafted.  The 2021 vintage was just such a year.  Two clones (04 & 337) from the oldest blocks in our vineyard were selected to compromise this wine. The Clone 04 contributes classic savory notes, soft acidity, and a long finish, while the Clone 337 adds black fruit, licorice, spice, and bright acidity. 

Aged in 100% new French oak (Darnajou & Sylvain "Signature" barrels), this wine will continue to evolve over the next 30 years, making it a must-have for your collection." - Jada Vineyard & Winery
