1988 Taittinger Collection 'Toshimitsu Imai' (No Box)

In the early 1980s, Claude Taittinger, a noted supporter of the arts, began commissioning artists to design bottles for select vintages. This collectible edition features artwork by Japanese artist Toshimitsu Imai, known for blending abstract art with traditional Japanese style. The Taittinger Collection Series is produced only in exceptional vintages, using Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs Grands Crus and Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne.
