1990 Tenuta di Fiorano 'Fiorano' Bianco

"Made from Grechetto and Viognier grapes. Aged “sur lies” in 10-hectoliter oak and chestnut barrels. The color is a pale golden yellow, a sign of a brief stay on the skins.

The aromas are surprisingly complex, mineral, intense yet elegant, with pleasant, not-too-ripe fruit: white peach, medlar, perhaps fresh almond, then flint and gentian flowers.
