"Deep, dark, opaque ruby-red. Aromas are initially quite leafy with vibrant cassis fruit behind. The palate has a lovely freshness which lifts clean, sharp blackcurrant fruit. A fine tannic structure is quite drying & this dominates the mid-palate. Alcohol is balanced & length is good.
