2010 Olivier Leflaive Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseigneres

This Puligny-Montrachet, from 40-year-old Chardonnay vines on calcareous clay below Bâtard and Bienvenues-Bâtard, is manually harvested and aged 18 months with partial new oak. At 13% ABV, it is rich, powerful, and pairs well with fleshy fish or veal blanquette.
