2014 The Paring Red

Crafted from vineyard blocks that are either too young or stylistically distinct from the flagship Jonata wines, the 2014 red blend consists of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Petit Verdot. It was aged for 22 months in French oak barrels—55% new and 45% neutral—from coopers including Taransaud, Sylvain, Bel Air, and Dejarnac. Bottled without fining or filtration.
