Château Doisy-Daëne, a Second Growth estate in Sauternes, Bordeaux, spans 37 acres planted to 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, producing about 40,000 bottles of dessert wine annually. Owned by the Dubourdieu family, it has been praised by Robert Parker as one of Bordeaux’s most innovative and leading Deuxièmes Crus Classés.
