1994 Jarvis Estate Cave Fermented Cabernet Sauvignon (Stained Back Label)

Jarvis’s estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is the winery’s flagship, released only after five years of cave aging. The grapes come from vineyards situated between Mt. George and Milliken Canyon in southeastern Napa Valley, about 1,000 feet above the valley floor. Influenced by cool Pacific air, the site experiences a long growing season, producing wines with concentrated flavors and balanced structure.
