Domaine de la Mordorée's La Dame Rousse rosé, made from 60% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 10% Mourvèdre, 5% Bourboulenc, and 5% Clairette, is crafted from 40-year-old vines in chalky clay and sandy soils. Hand-harvested and macerated at cold temperatures for two days, it offers floral aromas with red and white fruit notes. The palate is fruity and full-bodied for a rosé, with a lively anise note enhancing its long, fruity finish.
