"The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Padrone comes from the warmer, west-facing slope in front of the property and is based on 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot, and the rest Malbec raised in 50% new oak. It's a bigger wine than Signori yet certainly plays in the focused, elegant, very classic expression of this site. Cassis, black cherries, savory herbs, iron, and baking spice notes all shine here, and this beauty is medium to full-bodied, has a concentrated, layered, elegant mouthfeel, plenty of tannins, and a great finish." 98/100 - Jeb Dunnuck
