2022 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay

Founded in 1882 by Alfred L. Tubbs and initially named A.L. Tubbs Winery, Chateau Montelena was renamed for Mount Saint Helena and later revived by Jim Barrett in 1972. Their success at the Judgment of Paris tasting catapulted the winery (and Napa Valley at large) into the international wine sphere, where its Chardonnay beat top French wines, cementing its global reputation.
